Overlooking the school is the National Assembly which serves as a constant reminder that we prepare future leaders of our country and placed at the assembly place is a wooden cross which serves as a daily reminder of the central place that the Lord Jesus occupies in the school. We believe that without a personal knowledge of God the physical, mental and social development of a child is incomplete. Our school motto "To soar like eagles" summarises our aspirations for the young people who attend the school and go on to further education and the world of work and be a blessing to all.
Temwani School caters for students from 3 to 18 years or older. The school takes pupils from a variety of backgrounds and faiths.
Temwani School was founded in August 2003 by Mr Bitson and Mrs Nellie Sakala. Since then God has blessed the school and we have grown into a thriving school of about 100 pupils and fifteen (15) qualified staff and many stakeholders. We believe in personalised service. Our classes are small and our teachers are able to give individual attention to all the pupils during each lesson.
Temwani School believes that many of our pupils will become the future leaders of Zambian business, political and professional life as well as the Church. We trust and pray that God's Kingdom will increase in this nation as a result.
Temwani School is directed by the Board of Governors and managed by the Director, Administrator and Head of school.
Temwani School places great emphasis on outdoor education. We believe a child develops more through a wide range of such activities than just by class-based lessons. The children learn personal, teamwork and leadership skills. In this way we can fulfil the school’s vision of training your children to be future leaders.
